A ball is just a ball until someone plays with it.

But when it's taken in a child's hand...

when it's bounced...

when it's shared...

it can become a valuable learning tool.

It sounds simple, but playtime is an important aspect of child development.  Hopewell's programs provide ample time to play, learn, and grow.  More importantly, each child and family gets individualized attention.  Our services build upon the crucial foundation that parents have formed with their children.

Through weekly home visits, parent interaction, socialization groups, and therapy services, we can minimize the effect of a developmental delay on a young child...or help a family become more self-sufficient.

The Homestart Early Learning Program and the Early Head Start Program provide a wide variety of family-oriented services to over 350 infants and toddlers a year.

Call us, we make house calls!
